Plan My Baby is an electronic book on gender selection prior to conceiving a baby. It was written by Alicia Pennington and is available for download for . In this Plan My Baby review, we shall go through the methods she discussed and how they work out in real life.
The gist of the book is based strongly on Dr. Landrum B. Shettles’ The Shettles Method, which was developed in the 1960s.
First and foremost, I and my wife are strong believers in The Shettles Method—especially since it gave us our first son after three baby girls.
The method revolves around three aspects that affect the gender of your baby in conception. The aspects are scientifically supported, and are based on the natural characteristics of the sperm—the sperm is responsible for the baby’s gender.
Not to give away too much (due to copyright issues), the three main aspects are:
Ovulation and timing (sex)
Diet and creating an ideal environment for girl sperm or boy sperm
Sexual positions that affect the union of the egg and girl sperm or boy sperm
In the book, Alicia Pennington goes through each aspect in a simple, systematic, and easy-to-follow manner. Each theory is provided with a scientific explanation that is straightforward and easy to understand.
What I liked about this book is that it speaks only of 100% natural and safe methods. And, since the product has been around for quite some time, its sales page provides real-life testimonials from happy parents and their experiences. In addition to that, the product has a 60 days, no-questions-asked, money back guarantee.
Without sounding like someone who is trying to sell you something, I have to note that while the system discussed in the book is scientific, it is still prone to human error which means there is no guaranteed success rate. However, with proper discipline and observance, you should be well on your way to preparing for your much-loved, soon-to-be baby boy or girl.
